On today’s episode, Leslie shares with us about what the Childhood Cancer Coalition is and how they support families touched by childhood cancer. She breaks down the different ways that they offer support and give us ideas on how we can come alongside the organization to help them continue to give back. We also touch on grief and ways that we can come alongside those we know who are facing grief in their lives.

Leslie Woodfill is a passionate advocate for change and compassion. She is the Director of the Childhood Cancer Coalition and the former Regional Co-Director of  Make-A-Wish and Alzheimer's Association where she was able to participate in the profound impact of granting wishes. She is dedicated to service and philanthropy, striving to make a meaningful difference.

*Leslie recommends that everyone have their own grief counselor when facing loss, as well as finding a good support group to know you aren't alone. She also recommends finding a way to honor and raise awareness of the loved one you lost.
