How my journey began

it began with them

My life experiences have led me to where I am today including having my first child as a teen and putting myself through graduate school as  single mom. My childhood was difficult and I experienced trauma myself, but those hard times help me be more compassionate and empathetic with the children and families I serve.

I have found myself in therapy off and on my whole adult life and have found EMDR therapy to be the most beneficial for me, which was so good and life changing! I'm a huge fan of therapy, growth, and facing our hard to do better for our future generations.

I’m obsessed with…

πŸ•―οΈ Bath and Body Works candles
πŸ“š Books and reading
πŸˆβ€β¬› My cats and my grand-fur babies
β™ŸοΈ Game night with my friends
πŸ§‹ Starbucks Refresher

No family is perfect β€” we could all use a little help at different times.

That might look like my in-home family support, my trainings, or a one-time consultationSometimes families find themselves in need of home studies to grow their families and I am happy to be able to help in this area as well.
